Joseph R. Ohlin of Hartwig Law, LLC represented the defendant in a Youngstown aggravated murder case that recently ended in a mistrial during retrial proceedings in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
The case involves a 2023 fatal shooting and had previously ended in a mistrial before being retried. During the most recent trial, the court declared a mistrial after determining that improper testimony had been presented to the jury.
The matter is expected to be scheduled for another trial at a later date.
