Attorney Edward J. Hartwig was recently added to the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for United States District Court - Northern District of Ohio. This list is a court appointment list for federal cases and only a select few are chosen to be on the panel each year.
The CJA panel is a group of court-appointed attorneys who represent clients who are facing criminal charges and unable to retain counsel for financial reasons. The court determines panel members on a rotating basis.
